Senior Research Manager
Mihir brings over 12 years of experience producing policy-relevant and action-oriented research for a variety of organizations including governments, multilateral agencies, academic institutions, think tanks and non-profits. Prior to joining the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, Mihir served as a Senior Researcher at AidData, a research lab at the College of William & Mary, where he led various teams of analysts and program managers to produce evidence-based policy publications for clients such as the US State Department, USAID, Tides-Oak Foundation and UN-Habitat. Mihir holds a Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Masters in Public Administration – Development Practice from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. Mihir also volunteers his time as a technical advisor to support the Economist Intelligence Unit and Ignite Philanthropy’s work on creating an index that tracks national progress on combating issues of child sexual violence and exploitation.
