Abigail Cooper

Senior Manager, Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation

Abigail has 15 years of experience in international development and humanitarian aid. Most recently she served as a Senior Director for Special Olympics International and Pact International. Previously, she was based in Palestine and Egypt while working for Catholic Relief Services. Abigail started her career at the National Democratic Institute of International Affairs (NDI) based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. She returned to Washington, DC to continue working for NDI managing the Bangladesh, Burma, China/Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka portfolio. Abigail taught English and French while serving as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Kharkov, Ukraine. She speaks French fluently and holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA as well as a Dual Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and French Literature from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
