The Global Fund places significant importance on value-for-money (VFM) with our investments. Humentum supported the Fund to develop an overall VFM strategy for management of subrecipients, contractors in India and Bangladesh to track and support achievement of value for money. Separate guides and frameworks were developed for the Fund and partners for collecting and reporting evidence against VFM indicators.
