Dr. Jean Baderschneider- Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jean Baderschneider currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and as the Fund’s inaugural CEO. With 35+ years of experience, Dr. Jean Baderschneider retired from ExxonMobil in 2013 where she was Vice President, Global Procurement. In this role she had global responsibility for procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, warehousing and accounts payables operations. 

Dr. Baderschneider has 12 years of experience working on anti-trafficking efforts globally. She served as the Chair of the Global Leadership Council and a member of the Board of Directors of Polaris. She also served on the Boards of Directors of Made in a Free World and Verité. Dr. Baderschneider has travelled extensively and participated in numerous anti-trafficking programs around the world.
