RFP: Data Collection and Analysis Partner

The Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) is seeking a research contractor(s) to support the implementation of evaluation and learning activities across DFID funded projects in India and Bangladesh.

The evidence base on what works to reduce and prevent modern slavery is limited. GFEMS has developed sector-level Theories of Change (ToCs) to inform implementation strategies, aiming to build the evidence base by testing the assumptions inherent within those ToCs. GFEMS is seeking a partner that is equipped to support evaluation and learning efforts, examining intervention effectiveness using a variety of approaches and sample sizes. GFEMS is also seeking a partner to assess the influence of GFEMS activities on key actors in the anti-slavery sector. For this solicitation, GFEMS requires a partner(s) with capacity and technical expertise in cost-effective research design, field-level operational data collection, data management and analysis, and effective reporting of complex information. Applicants are welcome to submit proposals for the full range of tasks or for one of the two components independently.
