GFEMS issues call for concept notes from partners
The Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) is pleased to kick off global programming with a call for concept notes. We look forward to submissions from implementing partners eager to join our effort to sustainably end modern slavery by making it economically unprofitable.
GFEMS currently seeks proposals tied to our priority funding themes – rule of law, business engagement, and sustaining freedom – that can drive transformative change in the following sectors:
- Migrant labor – Philippines; Vietnam
- Sex trafficking – Maharashtra, India; Vietnam
- Apparel and Footwear – multiple countries
- Construction – multiple countries
We expect to award up to $15 million across programs as part of this initial opportunity. Please visit the Funding section of our website for details on the Fund’s approach and strategic principles, evaluation criteria, concept note requirements, and more. Concept notes will be accepted until April 1, 2018.
